Established in 2015, “M&H Law Chambers, LLP” is a full-service Law Firm comprised of industry-leading lawyers delivering expert legal advice to some of India’s most sophisticated and successful companies, institutions and private groups. We have grown with our clientsto meet their evolving needs. We grew from a single female leadership to a 35-lawyer strong with presence in India’s top metropolitan cities – Mumbai, Jaipur, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, and Chennai. From launching M&H Law Chambers a proprietor ship firm in Year 2015 to establishment of M&H Law Chambers LLP in year 2023 by Senior Advocate Maninder Pal Singh here are some detailed briefs about the milestones we have crossed along the way:

1974 – Senior Advocate Maninder Pal Singh enrolled themselves before the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and started practice at High Court of Allahabad.

2015 – During the beginning of initial corporate practices in Banking and Finance Sector, they formed M&H Law Chambers as a proprietor ship firm. Firm worked on litigation and non-litigation matters pertaining to banking and financial sector. SARFAESI, Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation Camps, Police Complaints in fraud matter of banking and financial institutions, DRT/DRAT matters were the core subject of practice between Year 2015 to 2023.

2023 – Before taking the retirement from the direct court practice, M&H Law Chambers, founders and managing partners decided to setup another milestone and established M&H Law Chambers LLP as a full and dedicated law firm services across India with dedicated offices at Mumbai, Delhi, Jaipur.

Advocate Sujata Gowalkar

Ms. Sujata Dattaram Gowalkar is the Strategic Partner & Legal Advisor, also the Head of Litigation Department – PAN India at M&H Law Chambers LLP. She has perused Bachelor of Law from the Mumbai University.
She comes with extensive experience in the civil field. She has a wide-ranging experience in dealing with other litigation matters as well. She is a seasoned advocate with a thriving legal practice since 2019, specializing in diverse matters encompassing Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), City Civil Courts, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Courts, and the High Court in Mumbai. Recognized for an exceptional track record in representing clients in complex legal battles, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the Indian legal system and a commitment to pursuing justice. Adept at combining legal acumen with practical insights to provide tailored solutions to clients.

Advocate Roopansh Purohit

Strategic Partner & Legal Advisor

Mr. Roopansh Purohit has been in the practice of law for the past 18 years in all Courts and Tribunals including the Supreme Court of India as an Advocate on record.
So far, he has conducted several high profile civil and criminal trials. He has exposure many complex areas of law which includes Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law, Service Law, Commercial Law, Arbitration Law and State Local Laws.
He also keeps keen interest in academics and is known to mentor young talent. He has also held the post as the Additional Advocate General (AAG) for the State of Haryana in the Supreme Court.

Feb 2014 – Enrolled as Advocate on Record at Supreme Court.

May 2011 to Oct 2014 – Addl. Advocate General for the State of Haryana at Supreme Court.

Sept 2009 to Dec 2012 – Senior Panel Counsel for the Govt. of India at High Court of Delhi.

Neeraj Kumar

Administration Department

Mr. Neeraj Kumar has completed his graduation from Himalayan University Arunachal Pradesh and has experience in Administration work across industry.

Mohit Nanda

Total Experience – Having 15 years of experience in law field.

Present Occupation-Working as consultants to Banks/Financial institutes, providing TSRs. Assisting Banks/Financial institutes in recovering their Bad Debts/ Write off/ Loss on Sale/ NPAs by implementing Legal Tools.
Worked as a Law firm with Lawyers and Advocates at different Forums and Tribunals such as Consumer Forum, Amritsar, Tarn Taran and Gurdaspur.

Worked as a Supporting Agency under the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

Mr. Nikhil Sharma

Advocate & Strategic Partner

Mr. Nikhil Sharma is a practicing advocate and has done his B.A.LL.B. from CCS University. He specializes in handling matters relating to Money Recovery, Dishonour of Cheques & Arbitration matters.
Apart from being a part of some major litigation, he is proficient in handling matrimonial matters as well. He considers client handling as one of the most essential techniques on which he constantly works upon and his regular court appearances has made him more vigilant towards his work.
